Where's the Party?

Not that there is a shortage of events and festivals in Toronto this weekend with Beats, Breaks and Culture happening down at Harbourfront and Afrofest at Queen's Park to name a couple, but the return of the Where's D'Angelo party tonight is worth mentioning. DJs Rod Skimmins and Andy Capp have now moved the party to the tasteful environs of the Trane Studio on Bathurst.

Judging from the sumptuous mixtape Skimmins has been handing out to promote the jam, the party will retain its roots in celebrating all things linked to the Brown Sugar/Voodoo aesthetic, but will be digging even deeper in the crates for some throwback gems.
