Is Kanye's 'Graduation' the best album of the year?

The new issue of Exclaim! magazine has just hit the streets in Canada and it is the year-end issue. As the editor of the hip-hop section, I oversaw all the input from various contributors to the magazine to come up with our favourite records of the 2007.



Well, up until October 31, anyway. As many hip-hop releases are set to be released and yet to leak before the end of the year, you won't find certain records here. Disclaimers aside, here's the Exclaim! top 10 of 2007.
